Start of Training

We offer training for Category B motor vehicle driving to obtain the right to operate them. The training takes place in Tallinn. The aim of the course is to provide future drivers with the knowledge and skills for behavior in traffic according to the qualification requirements established for Category B motor vehicle drivers. The training also aims to create the foundation for responsible behavior on the road and to develop safe, independent, considerate, and environmentally-friendly driving habits.

The training concludes with taking the state exams at the Transport Department and obtaining the first driver's license.

To start training, you must be at least 15.5 years old.

IMPORTANT

In accordance with § 101(2) of the Road Traffic Act, participation in the training is not allowed without a medical certificate. A driver’s medical certificate is required.
The applicant for a driving license must undergo a medical check-up no earlier than six months before the start of the driving training to determine their health condition and suitability for driving a motor vehicle.
The medical certificate must be submitted to the instructor before the start of the training, i.e., before the first lesson.
If it is discovered during the registration of the training group at the Transport Administration that the student does not have the required medical certificate, we will be forced to remove the student from the group.
To obtain a medical certificate, please contact your family doctor.
Additionally, during the training, you must complete a "First Aid" course.
Please bring an identity document with you to the training.
